Our fresh garlic is ready to purchase! Our garlic, Music, is a popular variety grown in Ontario. It is very aromatic with a medium-hot flavor. It is delicious roasted or on garlic bread.

Freshly harvested, this garlic is uncured. That means that it is meant for immediate usage, not for long-term storage. However, if you keep the garlic in a spot where it has access to good air circulation, you can keep it for a while. It can also be stored in the fridge. Check periodically for signs of mold. If you want to stock up on garlic for the winter, cured garlic will be available in about 4-6 weeks.
